LEADERSHIP AS A KEY FACTOR OF SUCCESSFUL ORGANISATIONAL CHANGE PROCESS

This paper deals with the most important aspects of leadership as a crucial segment of successful enterprise management, particularly within organisational change imperatively imposed upon great number of contemporary organisations. In this context, leadership process, its basic phases, particular segments and most important leadership roles all discussed. Considerable attention was concentrated on the role of leader in organisational change.
