THE REFORM OF WTO DECISION MAKING SISTEM
World Trade Organization was established in 1995 as a successor of General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade. Its main function is the regulation of international trade relations. Within the World Trade Organization decisions are made by consensus. In practice consensus is reached thru negotiations of main members which is known as Green room. This mechanism is not transparent and has numerous short comings. Because of that there are many suggestions for its reform. So far the suggestions of EU, the group of 10 international NGOs and experts of the Washington Institute for International Economics drowned the most attention
